Processing time is up to 1-2 working days for all orders.

UK: Standard delivery (2-3days) - £5.99 | Next day delivery - £9.99

Europe: 5-7 days - £20 sent via Royal mail, UPS, or DHL

USA: 5-10 days - £45 sent via UPS or DHL

Canada & Australia: 10-14 days - £45 via UPS or DHL

For any other countries not listed here it will be - 10-14 days - £40

Please note, that for international shipping custom charges may apply, which will have to be covered by the customer.

 

Returns

Due to the nature of the product, we can only accept returns if unopened and unused within 14 days - please email ***to arrange the return process. In the unlikely case that your item is damaged in transit, we do provide exchanges. To be eligible for an exchange, you must first email us at *** within 7 days of us receiving your package, to alert us of the damage. Then you must return the damaged item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement if available, and refund you the shipping cost of your return. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of the damaged item.
