  • Can I change or cancel my order?
    Your order can be amended and cancelled before dispatch. Full refund will be issued. Kindly contact us via live chat or email.
  • My order has not been delivered what do I do?
    We apologise for any inconvenience caused by postal delays. However please confirm the following: You entered the right address, building number, flat number, and postcode. You didn’t receive a “Missed delivery” card. It is not with a concierge service or neighbour. You didn’t reschedule your delivery options. If you entered the wrong post code or delivery address, we are unable to take responsibility for customer errors after dispatch. We can await parcel return to us if not lost and issue a refund once received back to us. If all information was correctly provided and the above was not the case, we would open an investigation process promptly after you notify us. However, this may take 7-14 working days to close. The process involves contacting the relevant courier company, getting a resolution, and issuing a refund.
  • How can I find you on social media?

  • Do you offer free shipping?
    Yes, we do! on UK orders over £60 or during dedicated promotions.
  • When will a product I want be back in stock?
    Usually, our core products are restocked bi-weekly, however some may take several weeks to months depending on the item. Fill out the waitlist on each product page to be notified once restocked.
  • I love the hair and want it to last as long as possible! How do I maintain it?
    One of the main benefits of our crochet extensions are how low maintenance they are. A satin scarf, bonnet or pillowcase can help the longevity of it.
  • You don't stock a product I want.
    We are committed to being a one stop place for hair extension and hair care. Please send us an email or Click HERE to drop us a product suggestion and we’d do our best to stock them.
  • Do you deliver outside UK?
    Please note that shipping rates are subject to change at any time. And all shipping costs include handling and may be subject to tax. For international customers, the shipping fee only includes the shipping and handling of your package. Any custom fees or duties and tides that arise from your country must be paid directly to the carrier of your country by you.
