You didn’t receive a “Missed delivery” card.

If you entered the wrong post code or delivery address, we are unable to take responsibility for customer errors after dispatch. We can await parcel return to us if not lost and issue a refund once received back to us.
If all information was correctly provided and the above was not the case, we would open an investigation process promptly after you notify us. However, this may take 7-14 working days to close. The process involves contacting the relevant courier company, getting a resolution, and issuing a refund.

Usually, our core products are restocked bi-weekly, however some may take several weeks to months depending on the item. Fill out the waitlist on each product page to be notified once restocked.

For international customers, the shipping fee only includes the shipping and handling of your package. Any custom fees or duties and tides that arise from your country must be paid directly to the carrier of your country by you.
